Refund Policy - CCW Concierge

Application Concierge Service ($95)

Because our concierge service involves the immediate preparation and processing of your application forms, refunds are handled as follows:

Before form preparation begins: If you request a refund before we begin working on your application forms, you are entitled to a full refund of $95.
After form preparation has begun: Once we have begun preparing your application forms, no refund will be issued, as the service has been substantially performed.
Application denial: We do not provide refunds if your concealed carry permit application is denied by the issuing authority. Our service fee covers the application assistance service, not the outcome of your application.

Defense Training Course Subscription ($35.00/month)

The Defense Training Course is a recurring monthly subscription at $35.00 per month that automatically renews until cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by calling (302) 209-8367 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM EST) or emailing [email protected]. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the training materials until your current billing period expires. You will not be charged for subsequent months after cancellation.
Refunds: Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.
Free trial: If a free trial period is offered, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. You will be notified before your trial converts to a paid subscription.

How to Request a Refund

Email address used for the order
Order date
Reason for refund request

Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.
