NOTICE: CCW Concierge is a PRIVATE CONCIERGE SERVICE. We are NOT a government agency, law enforcement entity, or legal services provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any federal, state, county, or municipal government agency, including but not limited to the New Hampshire Department of Safety, the New Hampshire State Police, or any municipal clerk's office.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the CCW Concierge website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Quaker Ridge Holdings LLC, doing business as CCW Concierge ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

CCW Concierge provides a private, third-party concierge service that assists individuals in completing application forms for New Hampshire pistol/revolver licenses (concealed carry permits). Our services include:

CCW Concierge is a trade name of Quaker Ridge Holdings LLC, a private company. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way connected to any government agency at the federal, state, county, or municipal level. Our website is not a government website. Our service fee of $95 is for our private concierge assistance services only and is entirely separate from any government-imposed fees, which must be paid directly to the appropriate government authority.

You acknowledge and understand that you may complete and submit your own application directly to the appropriate government office without using our services and without paying our service fee.

4. No Guarantee of Approval

We do not and cannot guarantee that your concealed carry permit application will be approved. The decision to approve or deny an application rests solely with the issuing authority (your local selectmen, chief of police, mayor, or the NH Division of State Police for non-residents). Our service only helps you complete the required application forms.

5. No Legal Advice

The information and assistance provided by CCW Concierge does not constitute legal advice, and we are not a law firm or legal services provider. We do not provide advice regarding your eligibility for a concealed carry permit, the legal implications of carrying a concealed weapon, or any other legal matter. If you require legal advice, you should consult with a qualified attorney licensed in your jurisdiction.

6. Fees and Payment

The fee for our Application Concierge Service is $95 (one-time payment). This fee covers our concierge assistance services as described in Section 2 and does not include any government filing fees.

The Defense Training Course subscription is available for $35.00 per month. This is a separate, optional service that is not required to use the concierge application service. The subscription automatically renews each month at $35.00/month and will continue to bill your payment method on file until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time by calling (302) 209-8367 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM EST) or emailing [email protected]. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent months.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the NH concealed carry permit application process, laws and procedures may change. We make no warranty that the information on our website is current, complete, or accurate. You are responsible for verifying all information with the appropriate government authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CCW Concierge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quaker Ridge Holdings LLC (d/b/a CCW Concierge), its officers, directors, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

All content on the CCW Concierge website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CCW Concierge and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the State of New Hampshire.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
